Mastermind Groups

Mastermind groups are powerful collaborations designed to help like-minded, ambitious professionals reach the next level of success.  They're best suited to experienced business people who are having success but desire to be the best at what they do and are striving for more.

These are weekly meetings by phone, lasting about an hour.  During our meetings we share best practices, do some coaching and mentoring, and brainstorm innovative solutions to difficult problems.  Topics cover the full range of problems each group faces, including recruiting, candidate selection, effective use of the internet & email, marketing, sales production, hiring and firing of staff, operations, leadership, improving communications, and creating a "culture" for your business.

We'll be discussing topics that are of interest to the group AND we'll be addressing each member's specific issues.  These won't be "gripe sessions".  Instead, they'll be laser-focused on getting problems solved.  Sometimes there will be homework to do, sometimes there'll be ideas to implement, and sometimes there will be concepts to spend the week reflecting on.

Each session is recorded and made available to each member for review (and in case a session was missed).  In addition, after every session I send out a brief written summary of what was discussed.

Each group is limited to a certain number of members so that everyone gets their challenges addressed and membership is on a month-to-month basis.
